Cobbler’s Posture: Start by sitting on the floor. Straight out your legs in front of you. When you breath in, bring your feet to your groin. When you breath out, brings your knees toward the ground.
Supported Bridge Posture: Lie on the floor with bent knees. Then move your feet toward your buttocks. Slowly thrust your buttocks off the floor when you breath in and out. Hold your hands behind your back. Move back to the starting position.
