If you are doing low impact exercises, opt for a jogging bra and slightly higher impact exercises would require a good sports bra. Some to-be mothers prefer to wear bike tights with sports bra and tank tops over them. The important thing about pregnancy fitness clothes is to feel and look comfortable while exercising.
