Train Bladder Muscles: If your children’s bladder muscles are strong, it can help them holding off urination through the night. Bladder muscles are like other muscles. They can be trained to be stronger. Train your children to go to restroom often during the day. It will help strengthen their bladder muscles.
Don’t drink a lot of water before bedtime: A few hours before your children’s bedtime, do not let your kids drink too much water.
Be realistic: Bed wetting problems are not going away overnight. As a parent, you have to be patient to your children. If your children still can not quite control their bladders, just change the bed without saying a word. You do not need to punish or praise them.
